The system maintains each dancers details, with all of the relevant information needed to contact them including photograph, stage name, ID, personal notes and their fee structure. It allows each dancer to be set up as either being charged a flat fee by the club per night of attendance, or a percentage of their dance earnings.
Each dancers income is recorded in the till and kept separate from standard till takings. This means that the dancer does not need to hold cash, either about their person or hidden in the changing room, and provides complete control of who has earned what. If a dancer has money on them it has not been recorded and the club cannot take their percentage!
The system facilitates a system of disciplinary fines, easily set up and equally as easily registered, as required, to the appropriate dancers record.
As each dancer finishes their shift, the system
prints a reconciliation of that dancers earnings for that shift and
any outstanding fines. The system also deducts the clubs percentage
or flat fee as appropriate and enters that amount through the till
as an income stream to the club. Finally, the system prints a
receipt for the dancers use, which details earnings, deductions and
amount paid.
